We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints quickly and effectively. Please see below the steps to follow when a customer has a complaint regarding our product or services.

Complaint Acknowledgement 

Upon receiving a complaint, we will strive to respond within 48 hours confirming receipt of the issue and with an estimate of how long it may take to resolve the issue. 

Changes to the privacy policy and your duty to inform us of changes

We keep our privacy policy under regular review.

It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.

Investigation

We will investigate the complaint and we will do their best to resolve any problems you have with us or our products within 7 business days where possible. 

Communication of Resolution

We will promptly communicate the resolution through the customer’s preferred contact method including any action we have undertaken, remedies offered (if applicable) and will request confirmation of the customer’s satisfaction with the resolution. 

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising.
