Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

Once you have decided you want to go ahead with your order it’s simple:
1. We will send you an invoice for the full amount and a payment link.
2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.
If you prefer you can pay by BACS.

Available in a 1m x 1m format, these stone effect tiles can work on their own or in conjunction with the indoor 8mm thick 1m x 1m tile if you want to run the same look and feel flooring across home and garden. Featuring a refined antislip surface, Cherish has an R11 A+B+C rating specifically for outdoor applications. These tiles can be used to create a patio area, pathway or as stepping stones and are frost and fade resistant as well as scratch and stain resistant.
Cherish 20mm outdoor porcelain tiles are highly durable. This Spanish collection in a robust 2cm thickness. In addition, the precise, rectified, straight tile edges mean grout lines are at a minimum of just 3-5mm allowing you to create a near seamless look and feel with a co-ordinating grout.
Cherish includes a co-ordinating 1m x 1m porcelain tile in 8mm thickness for internal areas in the same three colourways so you can easily blur the boundaries of inside and outside spaces. You can choose the same colour or mix and match – for example Soft White for inside spaces and Warm Taupe for outside spaces work perfectly well together bringing cohesion to any design. Or for the ultimate in continuity pick the same colour throughout.
