Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

Your quote will automatically include any quantity discounts, if applicable, and your delivery fee.
Once you have decided you want to go ahead with your order it’s simple:
1. We will send you an invoice for the full amount and a payment link.
2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.
If you prefer you can pay by BACS.
Please note orders under 25sqm may incur a surcharge.
Introducing our beautiful oak wood porcelain floor tiles. The collection includes 6 contemporary wood effect tones in a lovely large format 1510 x 240mm plank. Designed with great attention to detail, Oakwood is beautifully simple yet packed with all the character you would expect from real wood. Â From the lightest of shades like Maple to the darker notes of Ebony, the collection spans both cooler and warmer tones.
Oakwood mimics the real wood brilliantly and the large format design and 45 different patterns per colour makes Oakwood perfect for large open plan spaces in particular. Tile edges are rectified ie straight and this means grout lines are just 3mm, opting for a co-ordinating grout colour can help enhance a feel of continuity across your floor.
Oakwood effect porcelain floor tiles are ideal for floors across the home whether that’s the kitchen, dining area, bathroom or hallway. These porcelain plank tiles are not only beautiful to look at they are also highly durable with superior scratch and stain resistance. In addition, porcelain wood effect tiles won’t warp or bend with moisture so are perfect for busy bathrooms.  They are also compatible with underfloor heating.
These Spanish wood effect porcelain floor tiles are manufactured to the highest quality. They won’t show signs of wear in well-trodden areas of the home and don’t need any initial or regular sealing making them a breeze to keep clean and maintain.
The Oakwood collection also features two wall tiles to compliment the collection. There are two colour combinations – Caramel/Ebony and Honey/Pecan Oakwood. Both these wood effect ceramic tiles are in a large format 1000 x 333mm and can be laid vertically or horizontally.
