Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

Once you have decided you want to go ahead with your order it’s simple:
1. We will send you an invoice for the full amount and a payment link.
2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.
If you prefer you can pay by BACS.

Poise 20mm outdoor porcelain tiles feature an antislip surface specifically for external spaces.  The surface texture is in keeping with the elegant design of these beautiful Italian tiles. This is a tile collection that is perfect for anyone seeking an exquisite porcelain tile to grace an external area. Of the three tones, Pebble is perhaps the stand-out colourway – a soft, warm, off-white this is a lovely light toned tile that works brilliantly with natural materials, woods and shrubbery. Charcoal is a lighter toned black and Silver a lovely silver grey.
Poise is a highly versatile collection in a range of sizes including 600 x 600mm, 800 x 800mm and 1200 x 600mm all in 2cm thickness. All three colours have a co-ordinating inside tile in a matt finish and 9mm thickness allowing you to run the same tile across home and out into the garden for continuity.
Poise 20mm outdoor porcelain tile collection is both high-quality and highly durable. This Italian collection is hardwearing, scratch and stain resistant as well as fade resistant. The tile edges are rectified, ie straight, allowing for a slim grout line and ideal for creating a sleek, seamless appearance. Â The antislip surface is R11 A+B+C slip rated for external areas.
