These buff-toned Italian tiles are designed around a resin-concrete mix to produce two toasty concrete effect, hardwearing porcelain tiles. Both Biscotti and Brulee are 20mm in thickness and feature an R11 A+B+C refined antislip finish making them ideal for the most contemporary of patios. The addition of internal co-ordinating tiles in a matt finish allows you to run the same tiles across home and garden with ease. Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

Once you have decided you want to go ahead with your order it’s simple:
1. We will send you an invoice for the full amount and a payment link.
2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.

Our aptly named Toast collection features two warm toned tiles based around the theme of resin-concrete. These tiles are minimal in design with a uniform look and colour, they are therefore perfect for spaces requiring a highly contemporary, architectural feel. The two biscuity tones, named Biscotti and Brulee, are warm in colour and compliment each other beautifully.

Toast’s sought after tones, refined surface texture and minimal tonal variation make the collection, influenced by resin-concrete, spot on for today’s contemporary interiors. The two tones can work individually or together – the elegant lighter tone of Brulee is sophisticated and the biscuity notes of Biscotti bringing a cosy feel to spaces.
The 800 x 800 2cm format is also available in a 9mm matt tile so you can connect internal and external areas in this lovely large format size. This is a tile size that is highly versatile because it is large enough to feel large format, yet not so large it is still easy to handle from an installation perspective.
Toast is a high-quality Italian porcelain paver collection that is very durable and perfect for outside patio areas large and small. Highly scratch and stain resistant as well as fade resistant, these porcelain tiles feature rectified tile edges for minimal grout lines allowing you to create a hardwearing, beautifully contemporary garden.
