Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

Once you have decided you want to go ahead with your order it’s simple:
1. We will send you an invoice for the full amount and a payment link.
2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.

There are two finishes and without doubt the polished option brings a luxurious feel to spaces whilst the matt finish adds a more contemporary note to interiors. Â The Cararra Argent and Oro both feature a sumptuously silky Natural finish that elevates the tile design and gently diffuses light across the surface. Macchia Vecchia, Jewel, Marquina, Symphony and Tencha all feature the innovative contour surface finish where veining and surfacing cleverly align and are highlighted in the surface texture with incredible realism.
When we think marble we often think of bathrooms and these tiles can be used in bathrooms large and small. However, they are also ideal for other areas of the home including the lounge, kitchen or dining area where you want a high-end look and feel to spaces. The collection is compatible with underfloor heating. They also pair up brilliantly with many of our concrete effect porcelain tiles for a more practical approach to bathroom design especially with a 600 x 600mm porcelain tile for the floor complimented by a 1200 x 600mm marble effect porcelain tile for the walls.
