Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

Your quote will automatically include any quantity discounts, if applicable, and your delivery fee.
Once you have decided you want to go ahead with your order it’s simple:
1. We will send you an invoice for the full amount and a payment link.
2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.
If you prefer you can pay by BACS.
Please note orders under 25sqm may incur a surcharge.
Stride is an all-rounder of a tile collection and a great example of wonderful Italian tile styling. 5 beautifully well-balanced tones, numerous tile formats and a super practical matt surface finish are the foundation of this collection. In addition, Arena, Icon and Form all feature a co-ordinating 2cm outside tile. These subtle concrete effect tiles feature a hint of movement to their design making them a perfect pick for spaces seeking a minimalist tile with understated character.
Taking inspiration from the “industrial look”, Stride subtly mimics the salting and cracking that is typical of concrete and then refines that look to deliver a tile collection that is more than ideal for today’s modern interiors. Stride Arena in particular hits all the right notes in relation to colour and is perfect for those seeking a warm toned canvas to work across kitchens, bathrooms and open plan spaces.
Stride porcelain tiles can be used on walls and floors and the 5 super useable tones can work individually or you can look to combine some of the colours together. All three large formats 800 x 800mm, 1200 x 600mm and 1200 x 1200mm are available across all colours and these 9mm thick tiles have a soft matt finish that enhances the refined look of this collection.
Stride is a superbly designed Italian porcelain tile collection that is highly durable and of excellent quality and are suitable to work with underfloor heating. Tile edges are rectified ie straight, ensuring grout lines can be as slim as 3mm for floors and 2mm for walls. Like all our porcelain tiles, Stride is highly scratch resistant, highly stain resistant and easy to clean and maintain.
The addition of a co-ordinating outside 2cm thick antislip porcelain tile means Stride can be used in the 800 x 800mm format inside the home aswell as the garden. Stride 2cm porcelain pavers feature an antislip surface texture that provides added grip for outside spaces.
