Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

1. We will send you an invoice for the full amount and a payment link.
2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.

Toast is a gorgeously warm toned resin-concrete effect tile collection composing two toasty tones aptly named Biscotti and Brulee. These tiles are minimalist in design bringing a serenely simple, architectural look to spaces. This makes them a great canvas for spaces, particularly open plan areas. Their design also lends itself well to bathrooms where simplicity is called for. The collection is enhanced by the matt surface which gently diffuses light and makes these porcelain tiles perfect for contemporary interiors. Â The addition of 2cm thick porcelain tiles in both colours dedicated to outside use allows for a flow from lounge to lawn in style.
Taking inspiration from resin-concrete, Toast’s sought after tones, uniform colour and refined surface texture make this a porcelain tile collection that is spot on for today’s contemporary interiors. The two tones work beautifully either individually or together with the biscuity notes of Biscotti bringing a warming feel to spaces and the elegant Brulee adding a sophisticated tone. Â
Toast porcelain tiles are suitable for both wall and floor applications and are available in an extensive range of sizes. For inside outside projects you really can go to town with large format with this stunning tile in either 800 x 800mm format or super large with the 1200 x 1200mm option. Both sizes feature the 9mm thick matt finish tile for internal spaces with a co-ordinating 20mm antislip tile for outside spaces. Â
Toast is a high-quality Italian porcelain tile collection that is beautifully designed. The 9mm internal tiles are suitable for underfloor heating. All tile sizes feature rectified ie straight tile edges for super slim grout lines. One of the benefits of this collection is because tiles are so uniform in design with no tonal variation and by choosing a co-ordinating grout your really can achieve a seamless looking floor across open plan areas.
