Delivery
Our prices do not include Delivery. This will be added to your Quotation and Invoice.
Lead Times
Where we hold stocks, tiles can be delivered in 3-5 working days from placement of order.
For all other items our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from order, sometimes quicker. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with our manufacturer there may be a slightly longer lead time and we will let you know straight away.
Once your tiles are ready to despatch to you, we will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you are not quite ready, we can hold your order free of charge for up to 8 weeks and need 3-4 working days to arrange delivery.
If you prefer, you are able to collect your tiles from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. We need just 3 working days notice. There is a small fee of £10 per pallet to load via forklift onto a suitable vehicle.
Where we deliver to you, this is usually on a wooden pallet or crate to the kerbside. When you order, please advise us of any restrictions or other important information relating to access to avoid a delivery delay or additional charges.

2. Simply complete the information in the link. You can pay by Debit or Credit Card.
3. Once we receive payment we will proceed and process your order.

Toned to perfection, this beautiful Italian outdoor porcelain tile collection is available in two contemporary hues – Ecru and Concrete. These high-quality porcelain pavers are in 2cm thickness, a range of sizes and feature an antislip finish. The earthy colour palette is perfect for today’s modern interiors and the antislip finish has a refined feel whilst still achieving an R11 A+B+C rating. This is a porcelain tile collection that is minimalist in design and suited to exteriors where pared back design is the order of the day.
Ultra-modern in design, Tone Ecru and Concrete are both lovely warm toned tiles with minimal movement in their design and along with the Toast collection are two of the most contemporary concrete effect tiles in our portfolios. Both shades add a delicate hint of colour to projects. In addition, the availability of a co-ordinating inside tile collection in a matt finish in 9mm thickness allows you to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces in style.
The Tone collection is highly versatile. These 2cm paver tile sizes include a larger format 800 x 800mm option as well as a more compact 600 x 600mm format. These porcelain pavers can be installed onto grass or gravel to create stepping stone pathways or can be used for the smallest of courtyards or that grand, sweeping patio.
Tone Italian porcelain pavers are highly durable and excellent quality. These tiles feature rectified tile edges ie straight edges, allowing for minimal grout lines of just a few mm – all of which adds to the minimalist appearance. Tiles are frost and fade resistant and with co-ordinating grout will bring a seamless look and feel to patios and outdoor spaces.
Connecting lounge to lawn is easy with the Tone collection. The indoor 9mm thick matt tile option for internal areas will seamlessly co-ordinate with the 2cm outdoor tile in the same shade unifying indoor and outdoor areas. Â
For optimal results, we recommend professional installation to ensure the tiles are laid correctly, maximising their aesthetic appeal and longevity. The Tone collection’s low porosity makes these tiles resistant to stains and easy to clean, requiring minimal maintenance to keep them looking pristine. Like all 2cm porcelain tiles for longevity, installation onto a concrete bed is the preferred option. However, other installation options are available.
